Simplifying global integration at the point of sale
When approached by the VP of Advanced Engineering to develop an application that would simplify the cooperation of Arrow’s global organizational structure, I was presented a set of challenges that required the following be accessible by field representatives for on-demand presentation to potential and existing clients:
- Sales Training Resources
- Description and Video Tour of Each Global Service
- Description and Video Tour of Each Organization
- Integration with the Global Contact Matrix
With these needs in mind, and with a focus on creating a branded organizational initiative which would create ease-of-use and cultural adoption, I created an interface which organized these requirements into a useful application.
